It's a job, can be very busy at seasonal times, company cuts hours where they can as do all retail companies. Lots of up selling on the till - deliveries are easy enough to work and staff are friendly. 25% off

Cons

As a part time team leader I don't find I do enough management tasks daily so it's hard to really get emersed in the job.

I can't complain as for a minimum wage job it wasn't too technical. You can get on with your work. And you can also have the option to buy shares in the company.

Cons

Low wage and 4/ 8 hour contracts.

Bullying behaviour, against anyone on the spectrum, cruel , they controle you bely your hours and penolise you , they have their favourites . They dont like people being nice and friendly . Writing a grevence means nothing, the management are allowed to be horrible and nothing is done. There is no help at all from hr ... the worst place ive worked at ever. Pretend thers opertunities and there isnt . There is no one who answers the mental wellbeing on bob . Absolutely disgusting...
