Pros

Convenient office location, decent heath insurance, they hired a lot of talented people.

Cons

Turnover is very high, disorganised leadership (former sales/marketing execs), salary is on the low end for San Francisco. Leadership was proficient at selling the platform but terrible at providing a quality product.

Good company with nice people and talented engineers. Great work/life balance. Good technology.

Conservative management. No VC involved. Expanding slowly. Still has a long way to go.

* Initiative is encouraged * Reasonable compensation for long hours of work * You can own your initiatives and grow them to the benefit of your immediate co-workers and the company overall. * The office has a friendly atmosphere and there are some very talented Developers and Program Managers you can work with.

Cons

I'm not sure it's a con but being in a start-up environment, you will not see some of the benefits you will see at Microsoft, Apple or Adobe
