Worst Place to work

Pros

Some of the employees are amazing to work with.

Cons

- Extreme Favoritism. One specific manager is one of the worst managers I have ever worked with. - No basis for promotions - No SOPs - What might be commended on one day, will be reprimanded on another day. All based on the managers attitude for the day. - Alienation during work days in the office. - HR does not give evaluations for managers or other colleagues.

Toxic finance staff

Pros

Newly hired finance employees at CRF

Cons

Starts from the Top. CFO berates everyone after she speaks to them so the whole floor listens. Underlings follow suit and are just as toxic. Constantly set people up to fail and HR doesn't do anything about it.

Pros

You will definitely get overtime

Cons

This place will use you and spit you out. Expect to be exhausted, and if you aren't a doctor do not expect to have weekends off. You'll have to also be a janitor in addition to your actual job. No room for advancement at all. I've seen one person who somehow got advanced, be forced to move back into their previous position because it couldn't be filled because they have each person doing the work of 2+ people. I've witnessed some really messed up things happening to employees because they weren't valued enough to be able to take time for themselves. While others take months off at a time and leave one person to do all the work. If you're fresh out of college and need a starting position to get your foot in the door, go for it. Just make sure you start applying to other jobs immediately.
