      Pros

      Leaving at the end of the day was like having a vice removed from my fingers.

      Cons

      The company culture is toxic. Bullying is endemic. Low performance is standard. Permanent staff are paid below market rates. The executive are concerned only with leapfrogging to their next position.

      Cons

      Poor management and leadership from upper management and team leaders. Toxic Work culture. Deliberately under staff and constant pressure to meet targets. workload is overwhelming Focusing more on KPI than providing quality service to clients as encouraged by upper management. Very minimal communication and support within the team/team leader. Lack of appreciation for your contribution. One of the worst work place with terrible work culture.
