Poor management Horrible owners Not enough pay

The owners run this place like a numbers factory and everything else comes last. Work gets piled on with zero regard for your mental health, then everyone acts shocked when burnout hits. Leadership talks a big game, but day to day it is a crazy scramble to squeeze more our of already exhausted staff. You get talked down to like you are the problem for struggling under unrealistic demands. Turnover stays horrible because nothing actually changes. Middle managers try to help, but they have no power and everyone knows it. It starts to feel less like a clinic and more like a grind you need to escape.
