Truly care for staff, patients, work life balance. Provide home visit staff all equipment needed to help patient.

Pros

I thought working here would be a great opportunity, but that isn't what I experienced at all. I've only been stressed, burnt out, and exhausted ever since I started working here, and I have nothing to show for my efforts. I deeply regret applying for a position here, and I'm definitely going to find better opportunities as soon as I get the chance to do so.

Cons

There are just too many problems in this company for me to be able to mention all of them, so I'll list down some of the biggest ones. For starters, employees are constantly burnt out and exhausted because the company doesn't bother helping them maintain a healthy work-life balance. Schedules are chaotic, messy, and inconsistent. The lack of structure within the company leads to a lot of miscommunication and forces the company to spend more time on fixing mistakes rather than making progress. It's already stressful having to keep up with all the chaos, but the managers don't make things any easier. Most of them are incredibly hostile and abusive to employees, and their toxic behavior creates an uncomfortable atmosphere at work. Leadership isn't any better; they are incredibly delusional and lack any empathy. All they care about is generating profit, and if it comes at your expense, they couldn't care less.
