24x7 availability required. Worst IT management Non technical work and HODs Feels like working for grocery owner No respect for employees Management is non technical yet leading IT Zero work life balance. appraisals are always delayed by months. If you are in no hurry avoid joining this firm as ppl will make your life hell. No learning here all you need to do is call people various departments. You can expect calls even at 2,3,4 AM. Weekends are not week ends as they expect you to be available and everything needs to be completed right away with no planning. I have seen all the good people from IT leave in last 7-8 months and those who are left are not edible to get jobs elsewhere as all they did here was buttering and gain position. HODs are very fond of people who have no self respect, who have no thoughts to discuss and Know how to say "Yes" to everything HODs say. Environment in IT is pathetic.
