      Normal work-life balance. Good work-environment.

      Cons

      They believe in hirirng people at starter level at low package. So that is a problem. Insurance sector is a sales oriented business. So, both management and regular work-life environment is a little 'Bania-giri' type. No outings for non-sales teams.
