Cons
I experienced burnout within the first month of joining the company, a sentiment shared by many colleagues. The pressure for unreasonable KPIs, coupled with upper management's sole focus on money, created a challenging work environment. A micromanaging culture, inadequate training, and lack of support contribute to a "learn on the go" atmosphere that can leave you feeling miserable and questioning yourself all the time, especially if you value providing a high level of service. Unfortunately, all previously mentioned comments are true. I wish I had read them before accepting the job. So, if you are reading this and have the opportunity to join another company, don't think twice. I haven't met anyone who doesn't view this job as temporary or a "means to an end."
