      Pros

      Most ground workers have their heart in the right place.

      Cons

      Terrible management structure. Appears there are a lot of staff in HR and the Head Office who've come from other industries to make $'s out of the NDIS. They have no understanding of evidence-based practice or disability policy but will profess to. They take advantage of staff who know less than them, so these staff won't challenge them. Furthermore, due to the staff's vulnerability, they take incorrect practice advice from middle management who will turn around and blame the staff when something goes wrong.
