      Pros

      Caremore being owned by Anthem should be a more stable company, although there has been a recent layoff srill.

      Cons

      For a company that claims to be top notch, they have uneducated peopLe working at management levels..imagine a high school graduate and LVN''s as managers for case management! I mean, this is supposed to be a health plan and to have vocational nurses making decisions over important healthcare issues is pathetic. Being an RN who worked under these so called management team, I decided to leave for Alignment Healthcare because I couldn't subject myself to be part of that circus.

      Pros

      Good for new NP’s. Very structured, protocols for most everything. Support and ancillary services on site.

      Cons

      No autonomy over scheduling or conditions managed. Company has essentially doubled work load in the last two years making it impossible to provide quality care to patients and accomplish all in an 8-10 hr day. You are FORCED to see patients that walk in for non-emergent conditions or show up well past appointment time. Dictatorship with an egotistical CEO. Local management does not pushback on unrealistic expectations.

      There are some great people here but true innovation died many years ago!

      Cons

      CEO is the biggest fool on the planet. He has no idea how to be a doctor let alone be a CEO. I have never met a person so full of himself but lacks any ability to do anything. This guy should be placed in jail for what he has done to this company. He has filled the company with all his friends who also know nothing about healthcare. Profits first, patients second seems to be Dr. Jain's operating plan.
