      - friendly and supportive supervisors - 24/7 emergency office helpline - training

      Cons

      - Overnight, late night, early morning shifts - Expected to be constantly on call - expected to travel to a lot of very distant care homes at odd hours. Sometimes where there is no safe travel options (I didn't drive) - very challenging work, stepping into understaffed care homes
