Management are awful. The systems are lazy and inefficient and they change the expectations constantly in order to make you seem stupid. Manipulation and power trips are a daily occurrence. Filling the owners pockets is the only objective. They have zero integrity when it comes to dance, their clients and their staff. Feels like you're in a cult. Stay well away.

One of the worst employments ever. From the beginning they ask you to go for unpaid 'non-training' that is most definitely training. The management is hideous, to the point that the owners will humiliate people in the middle of meetings. The treatment to employees is horrible no matter in the position. Payment is pretty low but it's advertise as a amazing payments for the position, even when most positions offer more for similar jobs. And the owners take advantage of people, specially the ones whose visas are connected to the job. There were instances in which they'll fire people on the same day, with weak reasons.
