Pros
I loved getting to know my clients, I felt that the job I was doing was worthwhile and I was making a difference to peoples lives
Cons
I was employed on a zero hour contact, only paid while actually in a clients home and not for travelling between clients, I would sometimes have to work 16 hours to be paid for 8.I didn't feel that the company cared a great deal for their employees
