      They find you work right away.

      Cons

      When you leave, they will continuously call you to pickup shifts you explained to them on call you are no longer affiliated with the company. They will harrass the crap out of your phone

      Get you started working right away all the jobs no one wants

      I was sent all the way to Macedon I stayed the eight hours and returned the next night but the staff was so disengaged and rude I called my ride and left gas prices have soured up so I took a loss in gas I figured I would get some of my money back they never paid me for the first night I worked I even filed for unpaid wages they claim they can't find proof I worked lies I even contacted the job and spoke with the employer they said career start was responsible for my wages they don't care about employees they care about lining there pockets
