      Cargills Bank has a great vision, which endeavors to serve the most needy people in the country. Being started just 10 Years back, Bank is relatively young, yet performing well comparing with peers. This is great place to learn, it has very flat structure. Salary scales also very much competitive with peers.

      Cons

      You may find relative low salaries and benefits when comparing to larger banks in SL. Some benefits may not available such as vehicle allowances, fuel allowances, etc. Your package is highly personalized.
