Cons
The company is owned by the worst person I have had the misfortune to meet. He is a bully treats staff like his servants and fires people on the spot if he simply doesn't like the look of you. Managers are told to treat staff and customers with contempt. He doesn't trust the bar stuff and regularly would accuse them of theft even with no proof. A toxic work environment at the highest level. Please note that this company owns about 20 venues or so in Shoreditch and they are all run equally as bad.
