      Stable working environment, not much OT culture. Colleague are nice generally. If you are looking for stability without much challenge, this is for you

      - the owner is knwoelgable and respectable, he also knows his business very well and is willing to get hands on - fast decision making process (you may like it or not) - customer does mostly come first

      Cons

      - fingerprint tagging to each employee and measure when they come in and out, which is mandatory. I mean... seriously??? - poor office environment, dusty most of the time and by the looks needed some serious renovation - poor sick leave and annual leave policy. seriously, what does it take for you to allow people to accumulate sick leave?
