Good intentions, however...

Pros

Very good training and development on offer and available throughout employment.

Cons

Very much a blame culture. Also new incentives for employee welfare, such as career ladder and long service awards are good in the sense that the organisation are aware of retention issues within the industry, however caring home's approach to employee welfare is inaccurate, inconsiderate and ineffective.

Lovely residents and hardworking reliable care and nursing staff. Free parking

Cons

Staff are constantly under pressure due to staff shortages/leaving. No company induction actioned for new members of staff. Uncomfortable working environment when staff constantly resigning.

Manager total bully and gets staff to lie for him. Seven nurses have left in the last few months.
