Pros

Great opportunity to make a lot of money when you you achieve monthly sales quotas and objectives. The is a great benefit package opportunity including 401k and insurance.

Cons

You are required 70 plus hours weekly and are required to work most holidays. On the last 3 days of every month you are required to work bell to bell.

Pros? PD the VP and Mike the owner are amazing people. If they were the ones running the day to day of the sales department I have no doubt this would be a great place to work. But they don't...clowns do.

Cons

By far the weakest management staff I've been around in my 15 years. It's obvious what they think of salespeople, which is very little, based on the ridiculous schedule. Very little walk-in traffic at the Roswell store and all phone and Internet leads are filtered to whoever is stroking management best in a given month. They have created an unhealthy work environment and the pay play is lousy. There's a ton more cons but I'm tired of thinking about my miserable experience working for this lousy dealership.
