Pros

Pros? PD the VP and Mike the owner are amazing people. If they were the ones running the day to day of the sales department I have no doubt this would be a great place to work. But they don't...clowns do.

Cons

By far the weakest management staff I've been around in my 15 years. It's obvious what they think of salespeople, which is very little, based on the ridiculous schedule. Very little walk-in traffic at the Roswell store and all phone and Internet leads are filtered to whoever is stroking management best in a given month. They have created an unhealthy work environment and the pay play is lousy. There's a ton more cons but I'm tired of thinking about my miserable experience working for this lousy dealership.

Pros

A lot of inventory Multiple Locations good relationship with various companies in the business

Cons

They hire their friends, put them in positions of power, and provide them with leads Rules for thee and not for me Have a reputation for taking books of business from employees, then firing the employee and going after their clients. Strict rules to follow, but only if you're not apart of the diretors' groups of friends Shady business practices Hostile work environment where management threatens people with their jobs weekly
