Pros

Mediocre benefit package, and by mediocre I mean, I was forced to list a pro and that is the only thing I could come up with.

Cons

Real Estate Shareholders. Human Resources. Management. Pay. Morale. PTO Days. Too many cliques. People don't report Attorney and HR abuse for fear of losing their jobs.

Pros

Good medical and other benefits.

Cons

They want everyone to "do it their way" or they are outsted. Conflicts are going on in the firm and they fail to recognize those conflicts in part due to favoritism. They promote "Best Work Place" yet a lot of people are unhappy and refuse to tell management because they don't trust management. Everyone is afraid of getting fired and should because they fire a lot of people.

Toxic environment

Pros

This firm pays well, but you are literally selling your soul to the devil.

Cons

Horrific leadership, most are nearing retirement but are still hanging on and not one of them care about anything but themselves. A few key members of the aging leadership are brand new to the firm (including COO) so no real hope for positive change exists in the foreseeable future. Absolutely heartless during the Covid pandemic, inflexible and unprepared for a crisis. They track employees productivity by monitoring their computers, surveilling email and monitoring phone calls. They do not trust employees. All decisions are made based on the bottom line and without employees best interests at heart.
