      Pros

      Good medical and other benefits.

      Cons

      They want everyone to "do it their way" or they are outsted. Conflicts are going on in the firm and they fail to recognize those conflicts in part due to favoritism. They promote "Best Work Place" yet a lot of people are unhappy and refuse to tell management because they don't trust management. Everyone is afraid of getting fired and should because they fire a lot of people.

      Pros

      Interesting cases, brilliant partners and associates, phenomenal support staff. The people are nice, the environment is collaborative, they are all great, strategic lawyers and legal professionals. This is a great place to develop - I loved working here.

      Cons

      At least in my location, the compensation is below market, especially for the amount of billable hours required.
