Pros
Higher management has decent benefits, work/life balance can be healthy
Cons
Very hierarchical and stiff, awful manager/team member relationship, office politics are insanely cutthroat and very dangerous. Constant pressure with no freedom of speech, failure to accept demands and (sometimes illogical) feedback results in vindictive approach from colleagues/higher ups. Everybody is on their own and extremely defensive of their “chair”. Toxic, toxic environment.
