There aren't many unless you consider working with a few different network vendors to be beneficial.
Cons
Mom and pop shop with: Father, Mother and Daugher, all know-it-all types, who will micromanage you and treat you like a slave with poor benefits and work you to death for a "premium" salary that is below standard
The Carolina Advanced Digital team is a group of hard-working individuals that value integrity, a high work ethic, and a good sense of humor. The management team looks specifically for each person's strengths and how best they can be utilized. The company encourages both personal and professional growth, allows for input from all employees for help improving processes, and always makes time to listen and discuss any ideas or issues that employees have. Each employee's daily work has a large and immediate impact, which I find gives me a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the day.
Cons
Busy seasons are frequent and stressful for different teams, however, everyone is willing to help each other when needed. Cons exist in every job and are subjective, and what stands out to me at Carolina Advanced Digital is how the management (and other teams) recognize each individual's 'cons' and support that individual to help them be successful.
If I could think of one, I would honestly list it here but I cannot conjure a single pro.
Cons
See title and look at what they're currently paying on their job ad for an experienced engineer ~25% less than RTP standards. There is no room to grow, none. They expect personal life == work life.
