Free golf on your course

Cons

Terrible machine maintenance, bare minimum spent on tools, equipment, clothing, safety needs. Zero care given to staff. Machinery like dinosour. Course underpriced and timesheet stuffed. Completely underpaid. Top dogs get well looked after while the greenkeepers ( head, assistant, greenkeepers ) are handed scraps. I could go on.
