- Friendly and fun co-workers - Good benefits considering company size - Great managers who really care about their employees personally and professionally - They are compassionate, flexible, understanding, and helpful. They really want their employees to be happy, grow and develop their skill set - Managers trust and respect employees to complete responsibilities without micro-management - Fun work events/pot lucks/sales incentives - Opportunities for role changes/promotions
Cons
- Small company - Pay is a bit low compared to industry standards (depending on the position) - Minimal training for certain roles, must be willing to figure things out on your own sometimes (which is not necessarily a con!) - Depending on the role, some hours aren't typical (some weekend and late shifts)
