Pros
- Ability to work and feel a part of the larger Christian mission - Everyone values students and genuinely wants to help students - A mix of good, faithful, and striving Christian academics
Cons
- University seems to be dwindling and desperate for enrollment - Many of the main leaders seem to be pretty petty, insecure, and lacking the experience and perspective they need to move the university forward. Seem to be micromanagers who want to control everything and everyone. Not sure if that's they way all Christian institutions are but seems to be an issue here. - Seems to be a place where cronyism and conformity is valued over other things, which is disappointing - Be wary of speaking up about anything - a place where the critical killing of ideas and people is a sport
