Pros
Lots of hands on development, employees are friendly but determined, learn aspects of web development, firewall/security application, windows & linux, hosting, file-sharing, email server, website/database migration, html, php, .asp, .net, css, etc,.
Cons
Depends on what you are doing, overall very little cons but you must enjoy a faster paced/constantly learning job. They have a great product but many customers are inexperienced in web-hosting so people skills are needed.
