Women-owned and led, surrounded by very intelligient people always putting investors first. Highly collaborative. Individuals, including senior management interested in knowing each employees as a person, inside and outside the office.

Pros
- The people by far are the best part of Cartica. CEO is very kind and proactive in creating a strong culture. - Investment Analysts and ESG Analysts are incredibly smart. - Cartica actually incorporates ESG into investment decisions.... have been doing so since before ESG investing was 'cool'.
Cons
- Some volatility comes with working at a small firm, but this is not necessarily specific to Cartica.
