Food is terrible, health and safety violations unheeded for years, workload on staff very extreme, overtime is expected

Free canteen, lovely staff to work with, nice uniforms

Cons

Bad management, complains from staff don’t get listened to, emails get ignored, managers have way too much of expectations on really busy days, constantly look for a reason to complain and doesn’t understand how physical the job can get. Weekly roster comes out on a Sunday which is a joke!
