Pros
CartonCloud really cares about it's staff by offering fully remote roles and giving you the tools to succeed. Young team, and they are careful with who they employ to ensure no toxic personalities come into the company - which I love, as I have worked places where just one person can ruin it.
Cons
I think a bit more focus can be put on giving us the right equipment for home that is meeting the standards to do our role, and ensuring the tech is always update. Sometimes it feels like a lot of old 2nd hand laptops are passed around and it can really impact getting the job done.
