Some nice coworkers were nice t work with.
Cons
Bad pay, no raises, no reviews, benefits don’t make up for bad pay. AWFUL management, sexual harassment environment, racist jokes thrown around, don’t listen to staff. Owners will overwork you and make you feel guilty if you need time off, they threat you to be fired if you call in sick, your hard work is never appreciated. owner has an awful temper, screams and cusses people out in the office. It’s an extremely stressful and toxic environment. They keep hiring people but don’t have space for them in the office.
