Everything- pay in correlation to the volume of work everyone puts in, no real internal advancement unless your a kiss up (even then the pay bump is like .1 of a cent), no clear vision and plan to elevate the company, clique mentally runs rampant here and people are miserable but put on a brave face out of fear of being reprimanded or let go.
