Nothing good to talk about except the HR team and Admin team.The most worst company and managemnt anyone can work with.Team is full of politics.people got fed up working their.Not for every team I guess but in Day AR team, the TL itself is not good. He is having a kind of sarcastic mind towards keralites since he is fron Tamilnadu. Ther is partialty among team members. Some people are working hard while some others are just coming to offce for taking breakes and chit chatting with mates.and I have seen them making fun about my previous company EXL services.I dnt knw wot is wrng with those guys more over exl is such a good company.Its not at all worthing to work under these kinda team.I got fed up working under this team.

TL is having his own rules and regulations regarding the targets and all. Target of 90 is huge and heavy for an agent that do without necessry website acess and all. Everyone is forced to extend shift if not hitting target. People are trying very hard but still they are not able to hit target since target is such a huge number. We have already discussed this with TL but he is not listening to it.not at listening and even teasing us on various other matters like english pronounciation, previous company matters and all. Job and day shift is an un avoidable thing for people and that is the only reason why everyone is working in day AR team facing all these discriminations.Please guys...dont join their at any cost.

Worst management. Company politics. Favoratism - No salary hike even if you perform really well in your process No job security- It depends up on the process- If the project is wind up your job is done. No consideration for Employees, They will only concentrating only on their profit People are being terminated or forcefully resigned with no genuine reasons. Cheep bargaining for Salary

This company has set an unimaginable low of how a organization could rot. The Organization resembles a disorganized corporate jungle, with the sanity and common sense level going lower as you look up the organization chart. The high caliber senior management deserves special credit for their invaluable contribution towards creating a chaotic and insipid working environment, where work ethics and common sense has no place. Management's instinctual drive in arriving at irrational decisions constantly pushes the employees towards an existential vacuum. However, quite often you end up sympathizing them, for it is hard to criticize men who has an unused space between their ears. But this sympathy doesn't make your life easier as you constantly struggle to make sense to what you are being asked to do and what your own ethics say. The only people management trusts are the ones who constantly complains about fellow mates and has a deep sense of appreciation for anyone who can instill infighting between teams. Anyone who questions the management decision are shown the door in the most disrespectful way. The questionable actions includes * Delaying salary to an Employee who is on notice. * Threat of Legal action against employee who is not willing to serve notice, even though he doesnt require relieving papers * Hiring employees with pre-planned intention of firing them after few months * Firing employees without proper reason or notice * Fining Employee Salary for arriving 10-15 minutes late to work * Fining employees if not completing 8 hours per day It is as if, the management is searching for minions or slaves, rather than self-respecting employees who want to make a difference. Employees are constantly insulted, ridiculed and constantly robbed of dignified existence. The roles of HR department is no more than of a glorified stenographer, - constantly being asked by the management to send out memos or marching orders to Employees - without any decision making ability of their own. The Process/Operations Wing Managers, along with Senior Management, brings out ridiculous rules that constantly suffocate the working environment rather providing a positive workplace. If hell is what you are looking for, then look no further. This got to be it.
