Pros
Because I have only been a CDL Bus Driver for less than a year I don't have much to say here. They tried hard to make it work in this crazy environment.
Cons
Because I have only been a CDL Bus Driver for less than a year I don't have much to say here. Bus Maintenance and Dispatch are not operated as a single entity so the mechanics have no regard for drivers. My bus has 3 safety or electrical issues that have been ignored even though I have written up multiple maintenance requests. Buses need deep cleaning of the interiors with hot spray. You can go months without the bus being washed. Most of the buses are more than 10 years old.
