      Pros

      The pay is fair for the hours and you can have a normal personal life.

      Cons

      You will not be able to work remote because the shareholders need to see you even if they don’t need you for anything. They cannot keep people because management is awful. Four attorneys and two paralegals quit since January. Four more attorneys and two paralegals left in the past year. There are only eight attorneys. Be sure to ask about turnover and talk to previous employees before you accept an offer.

      Great place to work, got lots of experience litigation civil cases with helpful oversight.

      Pros

      Immediate litigation experience doing depositions, motions, briefs, oral arguments, etc. Run your own cases pretty much.

      Cons

      Insurance defense, which means ultra tedious billing requirements Some partners can use better people skills
