People is really nice, there are very talented and skillful people that have smart business ideas.
Cons
Sometimes it is like working on a ministry, where anything has to be approved by various upper levels (sometimes even the CEO) and most of the people are not willing to help you if that affects their tasks. There are little opportunities to grow unless you have luck or be well liked by some managers. The great business ideas that involve minimum risk are usually not developed if that requires investing money. Wage upgrades are shy and not frequent.
