      Pros

      They're great at "cheerleading". They like to show like they are a part of the community.

      Cons

      Constantly changing bonus structure, Constantly changing rules of the game, Told that a certain aspect of the business was important to the store fronts but then eliminated 2 weeks later, district manager dated one of the lower level employees, district manager talked constantly about drinking it up and "doing shots" with Cheney (CEO), doesn't care about customers - just keep them on the books to keep them in debt.

      Nothing at all, Nothing, Don't Apply, I'm begging you, don't apply. Worst job you will ever have! I promise you that

      Management, Loan Sharking, All together atmosphere, if you want people to talk behind your back, work here! Tell you that you basically suck at your job & don't need to work here. Or don't get proper training & terminate you 😂 If you want to go into work everyday feeling like you're going to lose your job, try working at CashMax!! District Managers & Managers are horrible & im not exaggerating!
