The senior management team are so full of themselves they fail to realise just what a negative affect it is having on all the other staff. The introduction to the new development regime means that now everybody in project must be able to develop and test all their own work, PM's included. There is no real separation of roles any more. This is a backwards step to where we were last year when we still had defined development teams and separate test teams and allowed for proper test cycles to take place. Many staff are too frightened to talk out about this as they fear that they too could become a victim of the latest Cashfac craze..... redundancies. 5 staff were recently let go as they did not fit in with the must be able to do everything ethos.....good luck to those 5 as I think in many ways they were the lucky ones. If this route of work continues then I can see more staff leaving as moral is now at rock bottom.

Where to start....? Atrocious management, kind of behaviour and competence that would normally get someone fired will earn them a promotion in cashfac Many of the """managers""" don't even have university degrees, they just blagged their way up Homophobia, racism, bullying, shouting & swearing, tantrums Stone-age technology No proper procedures or processes but not agile either - just a big old mess Lies, lies, lies everywhere - managers always looking for a fall guy in order to save themselves Recently laid off a number of people in very unprofessional manner - more to come, as the company is in dire straits due to foolish decisions by upper management Contracts being lost left and right, stuck in a downward spiral All the best employees leave (for obvious reasons) leaving the dregs behind I give this place another 2 years at most before everything goes irreversibly belly up Stay away, and don't believe all the positive reviews on this site - they are fake, written by management (many of us were asked to write one but I just can't do it)
