Cons

Micromanagement is a very serious issue within this company. No trainings available for employees. You will not be able to grow professionally. Expect to have to tell everyone around your desk when you will be using the restroom. This is not an exaggeration, it is required.

Management communication is good at the top and poor in the middle tiers Do not make efforts to retain talent if contract ends Work ethic and performance not consistently recognized Longevity in company rewarded over individual performance

Everything. Benefits are awesome.A great company to work for. It was unfortunate the contract ended in Kansas City.

Cons

The only think negative is the company did not seem to find a way to retain employees they lost when contracts ended.
