All tools provided, fully maintained company vehicle, computer, uniforms.
Cons
High staff turnover, few career opportunities. There were too many long term female staff being managed by inexperienced, incompetent male managers. Nepotism was rife, micro managing, endless pointless meetings, bullying and worst of all pitting staff members against each other to meet KPIs. The competition to 'own' employers and pressure to meet KPIs was toxic to the point of impacting mental health.
