      Salary, benefits, and that’s literally it. I had to put a 5 word minimum here

      Cons

      This is the worst CRO I had ever worked at. This company has no structure, no training, the culture is trash. Definitely not a collaborative work environment, and instead of there being accountability for lack of on boarding and training, they try to blame you and tell you you lack that certain skill set. There are definitely favorites, and a lot of older veterans in the industry that are rude, and tough to work with.

      Pros

      I enjoy almost everything about working for Catalyst. Everyone I have worked with has been supportive, positive and eager to help each other. Very flexible with work hours and PTO. I have never felt micromanaged or overworked. Managers truly want to help you learn and succeed.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the one con is a big one for me. Medical and dental coverage is not good. High premium to have my spouse and dependents covered. Also I have learned (through dealing with providers and the insurance carrier) that companies choose every benefit that will be provided, down to very specific procedures, and Catalyst seems to have chosen the bare minimum. I am paying way more out of pocket than I ever have with an employer before, and I check with insurance almost every time I have an appointment to try to avoid surprises.

      The people I got to work with as a whole were great to interact with. Decent benefits.

      1) Very disorganized 2)Poor management structure 3)Not impressed with Sr. Management 4)Tone deaf to those they hire 5)Be prepared to do the work of two people 5)Roles are not clearly defined on paper 6)Micromanagement environment on some studies
