CEO not well-informed or engaged in all aspects of business - listens to/acts on advice from a couple executives without full knowledge of consequences, resulting in poor business decisions and unethical treatment of employees. Values acquiring more work and forward-facing aspects of business over the quality, compliance and documentation aspects necessary for DOE work. Executive power struggles resulting in disrespect and unethical behavior towards employees: competent personnel being fired with attempts at blacklisting fired personnel, "effective immediately" (that day) changes to employee hours, work days and days-in-office with no regard to childcare or prior scheduling conflicts,
work scope taken over with no notice or explanation. Several cameras installed in office after firings as if management expects employees to exhibit the same disrespectful and unethical behavior that management has exhibited.
