Pros
You will do presentations on sexual assault prevention. You will educate adults across generations spreading a fundamental message of what can do to change our culture with the goal of ending all rape.
Cons
The job can be emotionally challenging but you will have strong support from your team and management. Educators are not full-time so you will need to supplement your income.

I loved working for Catharsis and would love to work for Catharsis again. Their mission is brilliant, their work is effective and their office culture is warm and inviting.
Cons
In response to the Covid-19 Pandemic Catharsis, like many companies had to go through a series of painful layoffs. The way this was done could've been accomplished with more grace and tact. But they did what they had to do to keep the organization running.
