Everything...was expected to stand on the line from 7am til 1pm without a break...then 30 min lunch not paid then back on line til 4pm ...they don't give you 1 minute in paid breaks ....this is prehistoric....factory full of different pay rates including full time staff ...randstad advertise your hourly rate as 9.36 up to 12.50 ...you have no chance of getting the 12.50 it goes uo to 10.40 and you will probably have to wait at least a year for a fulltime job ...management and factory full of dinosaurs... and they moan that they can't get any one to stay there ...I wonder why ... inside slave labour
