Pros
Cava Bodega is a very popular and succesful restaurant in the heart of Galway City. They pay the legal minimum salary, but that is rounded up nicely with the huge tips you make! On average, everyone makes around 150e in tips a week, more in very busy periods like summertime! Management is also good in general, usually flexible and understanding of the needs of their staff. They generally try to acommodate with days off, holidays requests and so on. It says something about the place that many members of the staff keep coming back to work here after months or even years away!
Cons
Very, very busy place. There are two floors and the kitchen is downstairs, so you have to keep going up and down the stairs to bring the food to the costumers upstairs!
