Pros
1. Tight-knit team, some interesting and insightful characters. 2. Cannabis Studio really knows their stuff. Excited to see what the future holds. 3. Seemed to generally shoot at anything that walked into its sights, kept things interesting if a little hectic. 4. Not many small firms work in Revit, refreshing that they do, I'm hopeful they will scale their BIM assets & workflows to make for a better work product (lower labor cost, higher fidelity) that challenges all firms to improve the value of the practice in the market. 5. Meaningful participation in the work to be done.
Cons
1. Office space and infrastructure was less than ideal, but it's a relatively young firm, probably still in boot-strapping mode. I hope it's a temporary condition. 2. Vague agreements and deliverables stressed me out. I seemed to be the outlier in this regard. 3. Seemed to be over-eager; questionable flirtations with the standard of care. 4. Questionable business philosophies but I haven't figured out if it's willful ignorance or blind optimism.
