I have been working at Cavista ,India for a considerable period of time, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this organization to potential employees. The work culture here is extremely poor, leaving much to be desired in terms of professional growth and personal satisfaction. One of the major issues I encountered during my tenure was the absence of any salary increments. Despite being promised opportunities for growth and development during the hiring process, the reality is quite the opposite. The company failed to recognize and reward the efforts of hardworking employees, even those with substantial experience. This lack of appreciation and financial reward is demotivating and undermines the dedication and commitment of the workforce. Moreover, the company's claims of working on modern technologies and equipment are far from the truth. Instead, employees are often burdened with outdated tools and systems that hinder productivity and innovation. This discrepancy between what was promised and what was actually provided is a significant letdown, making it difficult to fulfill one's professional potential. Additionally, there is a glaring absence of team bonding within the company. The lack of collaboration and synergy among colleagues stifles creativity and inhibits the development of a positive work environment. Without a supportive team, employees are left to navigate challenges on their own, further contributing to a sense of isolation and frustration. Furthermore, [Company Name] offers no perks or benefits that could potentially improve the overall employee experience. The absence of any incentives, such as flexible working hours, wellness programs, or career development opportunities, makes it challenging to maintain motivation and job satisfaction. In conclusion, working at Cavista has been a disappointing experience characterized by a poor work culture, a lack of appreciation and recognition, outdated technology, minimal team bonding, and no perks whatsoever. Prospective employees should be aware of these shortcomings before considering a position within the organization. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and takes immediate steps to improve the work environment and employee satisfaction

At Cavista Nigeria, when someone is fired, it is announced in a meeting of over 100 people, in order to humiliate the person and to put more pressure on others, a very toxic way to get the best out of your employees. The salary is low, promotions and appraisals are non-existent, and the company does not offer a clear pathway for career growth. Despite having mostly American clients who pay in USD, Cavista Nigeria pays its employees very little, and many Nigerian companies offer better compensation. The exchange rate has also made things worse, as employees now earn even less than before, yet management still expects them to work harder and stand out to earn a raise back to what they used to earn. In addition, the company tries to sell a fake culture to its employees, with management portraying themselves as the best company in Nigeria with the best pay. The product team whose sole work is to follow developers around asking for update often get salary raises and promotions. Lastly, employees are subjected to a tedious recital of the company's mission and vision twice a week, every morning, for almost an hour. This responsibility is rotated amongst developer which can be very excruciating because it is forcing people to give presentation of what they know to be a glorious lie. If you're serious about your career, Cavista Nigeria should not be your first option unless you need money to buy basic necessities. The cost of living has gone up significantly, and the company does not provide adequate compensation or opportunities for growth.
