      Coworkers were friendly & office is nice

      Cons

      Chaotic at of assigning clients. Then they would move you around to other clients when other people left. Lots of turnover.

      Pros

      Vision and purpose because of the excellent nonprofit clients served Excellent people - good character and pretty much nice to work with

      Cons

      Executive Leadership takes forever to answer questions, make decisions, communicate decisions, or follow through with action. Very slow. Lack of standardization. About 80% of the work might be transaction processing, which should mean there are standard processes, but everybody pretty much invents their own way - and not everyone is a good inventor. They pay most people at the lower end of the pay scales.
